That sounds like a personal insult to me. I am a dyed in the wool R. However.... even though I don't consider myself a candidate for CEO of Qualcomm...I would state publicly and in no uncertain terms in the conference call that IF NOK did not agree to a new contract or renew their existing contract for 1 more year then I would move to prohibit NOK from selling any flavor of CDMA anywhere in the world. As it relates to China, I would have already withdrawn any technical support for TD-SCDMA after the second delay in awarding licenses and told them I'll be back when you hand out licenses.
