I am saying that fundamentally for all American citizens health care is A RIGHT. I'd cautiously agree with you. I think having a full belly, and a roof over your head are even more so. I suspect that if 47 million people went for decades without being able to afford food then the government would step in to provide single-payer, non-profit food payments. You have yet to make any reasoned argument for why this result follows. Why single-payer, non-profit, simply because you view the coverage as critical. I already showed you that a multi-payer, non-profit system with very little oversight on the production and distribution side, works just fine for something far more critical: food.
