I don't agree about health INSURANCE versus health care because it's care we want, not just insurance. Nobody with a functional brain "wants" insurance. They want what insurance provides. You continue to confuse the function of insurance with somehow making health care cheaper. Insurance makes periodic large health care expenses appear as more manageable monthly payments. It does very little, and IMO actually hurts, the efforts to reduce the size of those monthly payments. Could you please provide a concise list of what insurance is? I did. You have not. If I can read your list, I might understand your POV.
