i have to disclose that i am the one (maybe among others) who complained about link to idiot post but i think a permanent suspension of phud would be a major mistake. no matter what his posting style, phud present a valid and needed point of view at the moderated thread.

You are TOTALLY OUT OF CONTROL, Rink. And that's not an opinion, it is a fact. Even though things aren't very rosy in Droidville, you have absolutely crossed the line here. I sincerely hope enough complaints are lodged with SI that you are permanently stripped of your duties as AMD board Moduherator.
