Please describe a 'multi-payer, non-profit system' with regard to only one system, i.e. healthcare. You mentioned need for such a thing in one of your posts.

I noticed here you said 'player' instead of 'payer'. Is that a typo or have you been thinking Geode and I were talking about a 'single-player' system?????
