It is time the US invoked the Geneva Conventions. Anyone carrying a weapon in Iraq, who is not in the uniform of a recognized factions will be shot on sight. Anyone caught with a weapon and in the uniform of a country that is not Iraqi or US or one of their allies will be shot. Stop trying to sort out the killers. Kill them as the geneva convention allows, the Democrats want the Geneva Conventions applied, for heavens sake they are right. Stop being so nice.
