Has adequate insulation; could always use more ..
I'm more interested in reliability and the desire
to get off fossil fuels ..

Just finished my house. Solar water heating cost between USD2.5K/3K. Double glazing and PVC window framing cost about USD14K.

Houses in Curitiba are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Just plain stupid design.
