There are soldiers giving their lives every day in Afghanistan, every single bloody day, troops from the US and nato fight to bring al Qaeda and the Taliban to justice. Who in the hell do you think you are you mealy mouthed little creep, to imply that because the entire force is not American their efforts are of less value than if the force was entirely US troops. what a fucking innocuous little idiot.
