Now for Hezbollah to rain rockets over Israel it's first necessary to cut a path among French, Italian, Belgian,... troops stationed south of the Litani river --not a bloodless operation, to be sure. Any UN/EU casualties resulting from Hezbollah's attempt to reclaim its "launch pad" will trigger France to retaliate against Syria...
