You seem to have drinken the RNC and smearvet koolaid. Since when is windsurfing an elite sport? I live in California. Windsurfing is a cool macho sport. It's surfing/sailing out in the ocean all by your lonesome and it's tough, takes a lot of strength and is only for rugged or very well coordinated guys. It's not like Kerry's on a yacht he's on a board with a sail.

Sinple answers are what we get from Bush, and they're usually lies or half-lies, because the world is not black or white the way Bushies see it, the world is a complex frigging place and every move you make has a counter-effect. Governing, diplomacy and even winning wars is a balancing act.

It's no fair comparing anyone to Clinton or Reagan. Those two had amazing charisma. But charisma alone should not be the deciding factor over who gets to be presdient. How about competency, experience, wisdom, honesty and courage? Plus Kerry has fairly strong charisma, just not in CLinton's style. He's more thoughtful and has more gravitas.

The very term "limousine liberal" is deliberately harmful to thje country. WHile some excesses of the rich and famous merit mockery, that term pre-suposes that only people without money can fight for positive change. Rich people can't be credible on issues. Well Bush-cheney and they're cronies are all stinking rich and they try to dictate to us every day.

I'd much rather have some rich liberals or moderates doing it for a change. The GOP is also much more elitist than the Dems. The GOP primarily targets legislation to help the rich, for the rich and by the rich. The Dems are usually for the Middleclass and poor. Bue neither party is ever going to divorce money from leadership.
