We're not on the same wavelength. I am telling you that a bear market is not necessarily always defined by the peak to trough fall in price, it's defined by stress in the market.

The market is NOT stressed now, nor will it be in many areas because there is plenty of liquidity ready to pick up assets when they hit fair value.

There are hedge funds ready to buy buildings at a time in Miami the moment the math works.

Jack the real interest rate up to 4% and the liquidity providers won't be around to create that type of market efficiency.
