i went out to local lawn service, landscape etc for small job. replace landscape ties, no design work , just labor intensive to pull out and replace. they were looking for $50 hr. i told them they were nuts. i found out that pretty much was cheapest rate. one guy said we are cheapest in area . i told him that was why i called you. He said we get $50 an hour just rake up. wow! so i waited till winter and will get it done at $35.(still too high imo) at another service i found as the others wouldn't cut prices even in winter months.
