We probably can discount the second item Ralph as a motivating factor for investors because that has always been the case I believe (that THAI was perceived as more environmental friendly).

So you think that starting the second test immediately (does that start date correspond to the start of this last run up in the stock) gave more investors the confidence to take the plunge recently?
