If felons were granted concealed weapons permits, it was done on the local level (kinda like elections, eh?). Nothing wrong with the law, its the idiots who administer it on a local basis.

BTW, that would be a TOU violation, except Dave and Bob have decided to allow such slurs on the political threads.
