According to many international lawyers he DID have to go back for a 2nd. Now you may think he did not, but there are good lawyers out there who disagree with you, and it's pretty clear Bush could NOT have gotten the authority to invade Iraq. That at least you know, right? so if the UN would not have given him the authority to do it, trying to say the UN authorized it is pretty silly, imo. I hope we lose in court. It's a terrible precedent to let the legality of this stand, imo.

I'm not sure how happy you would have been if China decided to unilaterally enforce it. Thrilled? Would you be thrilled?

If China had invaded and occupied Iraq it would be that same as our invasion of Iraq -- illegal.
