I gave you clear and concise reasons why authorization wasn't needed.

Your only response is about "some good lawyers".

Charlie Manson had "some good lawyers" that argued he should be free. Its neither here nor there to say such things.

The facts win out.

You haven't disputed anything I said with any facts that are relevant.
