Watch Resources . . I'm repeating the message below that I posted on the Crossy Thread also:

To manny t and other Watch Resources shareholders . . in a conversation with Randy Buchanan (President and CEO of Watch Resources) yesterday and today, it was highly apparent that getting the appropriate information (circular) to all shareholders re receiving the tendered consolidated shares would have been a "hideous expense." In his words, a "sophisticated investor" would have figured out what to do on his own to pursue this before the deadline on December 17th. He also mentioned that Toronto Stock Exchange rules would have made this offering of tendered shares only available to shareholders that could prove that they were "credited investors" (investors with over a million dollars in investment worth).

I have come to the conclusion that investing in Watch Resources was a major mistake to begin with. Shit happens!
