OK, a minimal living wage. In many areas not enough to buy a house.

My point was their pay should be raised. 50% turn over? To a libertarian that should be clear evidence that they are underpaid. Other industries will obviously pay them more; the artificial market public sector (government) is keeping their wages below the level of efficiency.

Right?
