One would like to think that the outcome in Iraq will be clear by fall of this year. Given the history of the mid-East-----this is not likely to happen. If the outcome is known the so-called Bush escalation will have been effective. Bush has done precisely what he was elected to do to represent America in the face of terrorism and incursions into this country-----the World Towers----800 Morgan Stanlely employees killed this strike-----the plane of the brave Americans that went down in Pennsylvania------the Pentagon, the Cole, the embassies, the mass graves of Saddam in Iraq. Better we have the military might than to succumb to the terrorists, jihadists and other who would destroy America. mj

... and the world nations are not going to standby and watch as Bush lays out his grand designs to dominate the world with his military might. What would happen to Iraq after Obama follows through on his naive, reckless plan to turn Iraq over to radical, dangerous, deranged Islamists? You feel that it is safer for this world to be dominated by deranged Islamists, rather than the US? If Barrack Hussein Obama is going to allow an extremely powerful deranged evil Islamist force to build in Iraq, then he is certainly not to be trusted with the Presidency. Obama is saying, let's pull out now, even though we might have to defend ourselves later against an much more powerful and violent radical Islam in Iraq. Makes little sense!
