Never said that. So take your straw man somewhere else. It is just that if you have identified a scam that the authorities haven't, then, as a good citizen, you should report it. I have reported scams to the FBI before. Why don't you?

I am not familiar with the system. If you want to do that, I am sure you can find out about it on the web. I do know there are two exchanges, one in Chicago and one in Europe, but those trade credits for countries.
