When NK eventually falls, SK will have an enormous welfare/rebuilding job ahead of it. OTOH, they may have a lot of cheap labor - NK's not being used to much.

But if we pulled our troops out what would happen? Why not we and the Chinese have treaties with both the South and North to guarantee? the security of both countries as long as they choose to remain separate.
