At least the North knows that China will automatically rush to its defense if America invaded. "<< What if the North knew that China and America would "automatically rush" to the the defense of the South if the North invaded and the North knew that America and China would "automatically rush" to the defense of the North if the South invaded? Gee, that might take some creative diplomacy and treaty making. Naah, can't have that...let's increase the "defense" budget and build some more nukes.
