They can't rise up? They are incapable of throwing off their chains? Then they deserve their chains.

If the Saudis have never elected anyone, it's because they don't care enough about electing anyone to have a revolution and try for another kind of government. There are revolutions to change governments all the time, all over the world. Are the Saudis incapable of hosting their own revolution, if they wanted one? I doubt it. Unfortunately, if they had a revolution, they'd probably flip to an Islamic dictatorship, or an Islamic "democracy" like Iran, and I doubt you'd find that "ok" either. But my notion of ok, and your notion of ok, don't really enter in to anything.
