That is the thrilling part of the story. As in your Millionaire revealing - others... see that 'others'... wove the nest and the Cuckoo then laid claim to it...thus becoming the Cuckoo's nest.. rather like illegal aliens using what is not theirs... so too, in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest... others contrived what was in the mind of the patients and so the patients, believing in others views rather than their own views, lived their lives with others beliefs...and so were confined to a mental prison both within and without walls...
