We have a 'Buena' in the county and I'm still not sure what the proper pronunciation is: Bwayna, Byou-na or Boo-na.

I grew up in Colorado and most natives I know pronounce Buena Vista as "Byoona Vista". I've never heard it call "boona vista", but I've not spent any time there. My father was on the State Patrol and they all called it "Byoona Vista" and sometimes I heard him call it "Byoony"
