The difference between them is, the Christians and Jews don't kill those that believe differently or are of a different faith. How do you think the nation of Israel came into existence? The Muslims just left on vacation to Beirut or the Sinai simultaneously one weekend, then when they tried to come back there was suddenly an Israeli immigration officer checking for Israeli passports which they didn't have? There was plenty of killing, and it was all based on whether or not the land should belong to those of a different faith or not.

In the Middle Ages Christians were killing people at a pretty good pace. In the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries the Christians were all for grabbing every black man, woman and child they could find and putting them in chains for their OWN good. In the 20th century Christians were O.K. with blacks as long as they didn't get "uppity". If they did, then they'd hang them. Christians have been pretty nice since they got a lot of tri-level homes and economic prosperity, but if their economic outlook should ever change dramatically, you're gonna see some Christian "terrorists" in the making.
