I just slightly nuke my brussels sprouts, or steam them.
I think they are very good for you.

My father in law gave me a bread recipe today and it's not half bad considering how simple it is.

The mnemonic is 3-2-1.

Three cups of bread flour
Two teaspoons of sugar
One can of beer

I added a pinch or two of yeast and a little salt because my bread maker was too hot and wouldn't run until it cooled off, but I had already put the ingredients in. My wife has complained that all my bread tastes bland because the recipes don't call for salt, so I add a little.

It's not half bad!

I also made some corn bread that used cream corn instead of water or milk as the liquid ingredient. I like it, but my wife says I should have added salt.
