Gee both those recipes sound really, really yummy. The best recipes are the simplest, and yours sound like they are easy to make.

Beer bread is something I buy in a pkgd mix at the store occasionally. And I had creamed corn corn bread when I lived in Colo. The lady also put some jalepeno and red bell pepper in it. Was really delicious.

Why was your bread maker too hot? How did adding salt and yeast cool it down? How long did you bake the bread in the bread maker, or did you just use it to kneed the mixture?
