Your response to this post directed at another person:
Please tell us all which of these scenarios you think exonerates the Iranians.

1) Iranian arms sales to Iraqi terrorists are a major policy of Iranian leadership.
2) Iranian leadership has no control over arms sales to Iraqi terrorists and other world terrorists.
3) Iranian leadership encourages arms sales to terrorists, but prefers to maintain plausible deniability.

If you have an alternate theory that explains how Iranian bombs are making it into Iran, we are all interested in you explanation.

During the Iran/Iraq War WE were supplying Saddam Hussein.

During the Russian/Afghanistan War WE were supplying Osama bin Laden and the other Jihadists.

If a Civil War began in Mexico next year, WE'D be supplying the side we wanted to win.

The Iranians are only doing what WE and every country has ALWAYS done.

Should we go to WAR with Iran over this?????

To which I responded:

You seem to forget. Russia invaded Afghanistan over a Russian general getting assassinated. That put us squarely on the side of supplying freedom fighters.

We provided the mussel to back up UN resolutions. This puts us squarely on the side of freedom.

Iran wants to promote dictatorship.

Now explain to me how promoting tyranny is equivalent to promoting freedom.

...
Or are you just picking and choosing stuff that suits your arguments?
...

No, I was just answering your questions.

How can you write with a straight face that you are not promoting tyranny over freedom? You side with democrats who view the loss of freedom of Middle Easterners as collateral damage to their struggle for US political power.
