That is what I saw on the news after 24 last night. I think the ski area will be fine, but it would be just my luck to get caught up there after an avalanche closes hwy 2. I never, never ski out of bounds so I'm safe in that regard.

I'm just happy to see all of this new snow. What was left up there was getting pretty nasty. We are going up to Canada the first week of March to do some skiing and they got a nice amount of snow out of this story too. I was worried we'd get up there and have to spend all of our time shopping and soaking in the spa. =gg=

Just checked the two areas we are visiting and they didn't get nearly as much snow as we did. 17" and 8" for the week respectively.
