Once again you fail to address any of the points at hand. Cheney didn't tell the CIA to support any crackpot theories or fabricate evidence, he had a report from British intelligence concerning Iraq and Niger, he wanted it checked out. I listed the specific reasons that the CIA's response was non-standard and unprofessional. You have replied with more sneers at "deadeye Dick Cheney".

Are you telling me that Cheney was out of line to request intelligence from the CIA, because the CIA might not approve of the use Cheney might make of it? Who is the policy-making agency, the CIA or the White House?

Or are you just as incapable as you seem of actually making an argument?
