Yes recession and 4% long term treasuries for most of the next five years is what he says. I'd be in a homeless shelter in 'deflationary Danville' is I listnened to advice like that the past 15 years<g>.. Personally I do think a consumer slowdown and housing lead 'soft' recession is in the cards but for many in the right places and right industries they will hardly even notice. If anything the booms in other areas might more than offset the often talked about bust in housing centric markets in this country..
