I think it's very slimy to refer twice in this discussion to Mohammad as illiterate. That was either a deliberate barb or an incredible show of insensitivity to the power of language. Literacy means nothing since if YOU knew the scriptures you would have noticed how often God chose people of humble origin to work with. Mohammad would have been a perfect selection for God to make.....another humble, reluctant prophet in the same vein as Moses and others. Right-wingers are such elitists at heart......you should MEMORIZE the sermon on the mount before you open your mouth when discussing religion.
