No,no,no-lol. If someone makes a takover bid for RNg the wts get converted to an equal value with the new stock.

While it is likely warrants would be included in a deal with the new owner I understand there is no guarantee. Warrants carry vulnerability and this issue is one of them "I understand".

There are times when insiders and players such would like to see warrants expire worthless (less dilution), similar to the options expiry games that are played.
