re: JF, the problem with abortion is that it makes infanticide very quick, convenient, and "guilt-free." A weird sentence since infanticide is by definition killing someone that has been born... not abortion. I don't know. Very tough personal and moral decisions like abortion should probably be left to the individuals involved, not the state. On the other hand I sympathise with those that find it abhorrent in their communities.
