slacks - This simply can't be as bad as it looks. Q's legal team do know what they are doing. Three patents might have been removed but a company like the Q doesn't just make these claims in court with no justification.

My guess is that there is more to this.

What a panic they organised this morning. Chinabig drop today but China is right in the middle of the New Year holiday and huge numbers of Chinese are travelling. CNBC doesn't mention a word of this. They are so shallow. Panic over.

Slacker, before you excoriate Keitel, perhaps Qualcomm legal is writing their own press release, and the stay was just made known. It would have been dangerous for a financial guy to be exposed to delicate legal questions. Why not wait until the coming PR to take a position.
