'better than 40% chance of a cut here'

Perhaps we are now entering the down three month fed is finally done hiking period for the market? A little late but housing downturn and persistent global monetization of the back end keeping long rates artificially low have done some of the work for them?

You have to wonder if the persistent inversion in the yield curve for this long a time period is finally doing the nasty on financials? Plus with such low reserves for losses not seen since the 80's the odds of serious contraction in earnings for most financials the next 12-24 months is very probable.
