siouxpal...THAT's not going to really cut it.

Gore's been talking about this stuff for years and it doesn't seem he's been actually doing anything about it himself, so his arguments lose a great deal of credibility.

SiouxPal, I'm all for him paying more for solar and wind power. Methane is kind of pointless unless he's only burning gas recovered from bovine or landfill emissions.

But I'm highly suspicious of rich folks simply writing checks to make up for their lavish and environmentally unfriendly lifestyles. I don't care what they call it. Purchasing "carbon credits" is an all-too-convenient way for them to keep their lifestyles while at the same time telling the us to drastically alter ours.
