We pursue a number of strategies and I am just one bucket. Firmwide overweighted equity but moved toward larger cap names given the yield curve inversion, corporate profits/gdp, among other frequently cited measures. This didn't really help day before yesterday on the Long side as correlations moved to 1. Index shorts helped on the short side. For the month, ended moderately up, fortunately.

Still quite bullish on the markets now that the weak hands have been flushed out and we're dropping short exposure.

Down about 2% in my personal account which is purely long in mutual funds/etf's (was up 6%) for compliance reasons. Biggest % loss now coming from my levered XAU long. Had rotated out of Russell into gold stocks for "diversification" despite my lambasting the bears in the past few months for thinking that gold would be uncorrelated (couldn't follow my own advice, LOL). One of the few mistakes I have made in the past 14 months. Haven't sold a share of anything, however.
