IIRC, Intel had actual demos to show.

I am getting a little confused. Now you seem to be saying that it is better if the volume of the hype is louder.

Compare this to the company that claims they like to "underpromise and overdeliver."

I think that was for 2005. 2006 was about "underdeliver".

I'm sick of hearing about demos.

Remember when the original K8 was going to be limited to 800MHz because that's the "demo" they had. AMD has ALWAYS been weak on providing demos.
