Well, you know, if we ate things like roaches, rats and slugs we wouldn't be eating fish out of house and home. If everyone is wealthy then there is no problem distinguishing between wealthy and poor which is my entire point.

How nice would that be?

When people aren't worried about how to work for a lifetime just to pay their medical bills or worried about how someone is going to exploit them for their labor, we can all be concerned about more interesting issues such as climate change and the like. It is reasonably clear that when women become educated, they have fewer babies and in industrialized countries we are seeing little, no or even negative population growth.

It we see the world as immovable, the situation as being constant (the poor will always be with us) then there's absolutely no reason to live. It's utter nonsense.

The only reason to be alive and human is to make progress. Everything else is just a waste of time.
