What I would like this thread to be is to be a fair and BALANCED discussion of the market and its risks. I'm not sure which bear thread I was posting on - most of the posts were on the Real Estate board - which I was and continue to be bearish on. Read John Vosilia's recent post though where he discusses the environment in Florida housing during the tech/cap ex meltdown in 2001. One doesn't have to be bearish on everything or bullish on everything at the same time.
