It would appear that you, like Cheney, still think Saddam was responsible for 9/11. Ouch, there is no hope for rational choices in that case.

No, I don't think Saddam was in on that plot. There is no evidence for it. But to say that the Baathists didn't have connections with AQ, and weren't home-rolling as many terrorists as they could manage, is equally unsupported by the evidence.

It is not an either-or situation.
