Yes, Islam is such a peaceful religion today. I think I'll pack my suitcase and visit ancient lands in the middle east next week, knowing Muslims are no threat to me as a Christian.

Westerners who are predominantly Christian and therefore a recognized and protected people ("People of Book).

You really shouldn't tell lies, you know.

Tell that to the Christian inhabitants of the former Byzantine empire -- continual slaughter and slavery in Anatolia, Greece, and the Balkans, Crimea, Georgia, etc., etc., etc.

Tell that to the 3 million Christians slaughtered by the Turks in Greece, Armenia, and Assyria. Genocide.

Tell it to the Christians in present day Chechnya.

I could go on, but it's not necessary.

No sane Christian believes that they would be well treated under Sharia law, because they are not, not anywhere. Never have been, never will.

What you call "protection" we call "oppression."

There are some people who don't know anything about Sharia law, so just spout nonsense out of ignorance, but those of us who know our history will fight to the death to keep Islam from taking another Christian country in Europe -- and ought to fight against it everywhere else.
