She wasn't on TV & she wasn't using a teleprompter when she said it FWIW. She was being interviewed. It seemed an impromptu interview, one of thousands going on at CPAC. If you watched the tape, it was an attempt to be witty & make a contemporaneous point, but it came off horribly.

IMO, it wasn't a firing offense, but it was offensive. She should apologise for it though because what she meant to get across & what came across were clearly two different things.

And the points we've been making about it have not been to defend what she said. It's been about the blatant hypocrisy & their outrageous standards from the left. That and a compliant MSM that intentionally misleads & misinforms Americans about all of this.
