I agree. All Fitzgerald did was make it harder to recruit good people into responsible government posts. What a jerk.

I heard talk that the President will pardon him but not until 1/2008. Like Clinton did with his marathon pardoning scheme.

I think the President should do it now and take the political heat. What's he got to lose anyway?
