If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. Likewise, if all you have is hate and religious/racial bigotry, then all the events in the world are explained due to religion or race.

Some of it is perpetrated by people claiming to do so in the name of Islam. I don't recognize their legitimacy, she chooses to legitimize them... You claim that the Muslims who perpetrate violence against non-Muslims are not "legitimate" Muslims. I don't claim to be an expert on all the nuances of every variety of Islam, but who is? If you look at the horrendous carnage of Muslim against Muslim, even Muslims don't agree on what is "legitimate Islam." Only Muslims can liberate themselves from this violence, but first they need to recognize that there is a problem. Wear your Kevlar armor if you're planning on telling your fellow Muslims that there's a problem with the way Islam is practiced these days. And hire a bodyguard.
