So why not post stories about muslims doing missionary work in third world countries? Or do they do such work at all?

Missionary work is a Christian concept, you never hear of Jewish Missionaries for example, it is an attempt to get converts to Christianity cause Christians are so nice.....
If you were Christian you could eat, but since you aren't you can't kind of thing. Christians are not quite that obvious, but that is the basis of the work
