could you clarify that in relation to this thread?

all who came here, would like to know (speaking for my own self) how to measure the difference between an amat and a pro.... at least in this context here.

since you brought it up, you might well define it, since, it would appear to be, of note.

I would also add that while tragic, none of what I wrote has ANY RELEVANCE to the direction of the stock market, contrary to what the amateurs want you to believe.

Since I guess I'm an amateur, I'll comment. There may be an impact on the market in that increases in crime essentially represent a tax on society - the cost of enforcement that could otherwise be spent on productive uses. When we tax our infrastructure, we become less competitive in the global scene. Lower competitiveness is a depressant on our markets. Granted this is a long term impact, but real nonetheless.
