The opinion is absolutely damning of the collective rights theory. The opinion is very very very well written and detailed to blow away every foundational element of the collective rights theory. DC should be very cautious about appealing as I don't see the Supreme Court overturning this one at all. There is nowhere for the Supremes to hide on this one.

Landmark Second Amendment Ruling Today

Who cares about this enough to bring it to the Supreme Court? Why do they care so much? I don't see anything in it for anti-Second Amendment people.
